某成品油管道工程职业病危害调查及防护分析

目的识别某成品管道工程项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出补充措施及建议。方法采用调查法、检查表法、职业病危害因素检测法进行分析与评价。结果该工程存在的职业病危害因素为溶剂汽油、柴油、噪声、高温、低温、工频电场。首站主输泵区定点噪声检测最大值为103.7dB（A）,首站副操个体噪声检测最大值为85.6 dB（A）,超过85 dB（A）;分输站1至末站站控室照度低于300 lx（标准值）。结论现有职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,对个别定点和个体噪声超标情况,仍需加强职工个体防护和职业健康监护,提高照度不达标的站控室照度。

Investigation and protective analysis of occupational disease hazard in a product petroleum pipeline project

Objective]To identify the occupational hazard factors possibly produced by the product petroleum pipeline project,analyze the damage degree,evaluate the effect of protective measures,put forward the supplementary measures and suggestion.Methods]The project were analyzed by investigation method,checklist method and occupational hazard factors detection method.Results]The occupational hazard factors existed in the project were gasoline,diesel,noise,hyperthermia,hypothermia and power frequency electric field. The maximum of fixed point noise in main pumps area of origin station was 103. 7 dB（A）,the maximum of individual noise in deputy operation of origin station was 85. 6 dB（A）,exceeded 85 dB（A）. The illumination of station control rooms from origin station to terminal station was under 300 lx（ standard value）. Conclusion]The existing occupational hazard protective measures are feasible and effective. For the beyond-standard situation of some fixed point and individual noise,the individual protection and occupational health monitoring of workers should be strengthened,The illumination of station control rooms which doesn＇t reach the standard should be increased.
