佛山市1144名陶瓷洁具工人职业健康检查结果

目的通过了解陶瓷洁具企业接触职业病危害因素工人的身体健康状况,为职业病防治工作提供参考依据。方法对佛山市4家陶瓷洁具企业接触职业危害因素的1 144名工人进行职业健康检查,项目包括血压、内科常规检查、心电图、高千伏X线胸片、纯音听力测试、肺功能检查、血尿常规、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、血糖。结果异常检出率从高到低依次为：纯音听力测试72.1%,高千伏X线胸片25.4%,心电图24.8%,血压12.7%,尿常规8.91%,血常规6.46%,血糖5.73%,肺功能5.72%,ALT 5.41%。结论该市陶瓷洁具企业工人健康状况不容乐观,应引起高度重视,企业要采取积极有效的防护措施,减少职业病危害因素对工人健康的影响,防止职业病发生。

Occupational health examination results of 1144 ceramic sanitary ware workers in Foshan City

Objective]To understand the health status of workers exposed to occupational hazards in ceramic sanitary ware enterprises,and provide reference for occupational disease control. Methods]Occupational examination was performed on 1 144 workers with occupational hazards exposure in 4 ceramic sanitary ware enterprises of Foshan City. The examination items included blood pressure,routine medical examination,ECG,high k V X-ray film,pure tone hearing test,pulmonary function tests,routine urine and blood tests,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,glucose. Results]Anomaly detection rate from high to low were pure tone hearing test 72. 1%,high k V X-ray film 25. 4%,ECG24. 8%,blood pressure 12. 7%,routine urine tests 8. 91%,routine blood tests 6. 46%,glucose 5. 73%,pulmonary function 5. 72%,ALT 5. 41%. Conclusion]The health status of ceramic sanitary ware workers is not optimistic in this city,it should attract much attention. Enterprises should take positive and effective protection measures to reduce the impact of occupational hazards on workers＇ health and prevent occupational diseases.
