北京市昌平区职业病危害从业人员高血压检出情况

目的通过了解北京市昌平区接触职业病危险因素在岗从业人员的高血压患病情况,为高血压病的防治提供依据。方法收集昌平区2012年职业病危害（高温、苯系物、锰、汽油、粉尘、铅等）作业从业人员职业健康检查资料进行分析。结果共检查4 469名从业人员,患高血压的1 342人,患病率为30.03%。男女患病率差异有统计学意义（χ2=60.90,P〈0.01）;高血压患病随年龄的增长有升高的趋势（χ2=718.34,P〈0.01）,随工龄的增长亦有升高的趋势（χ2=194.21,P〈0.01）;高温作业的从业人员高血压的患病率为48.96%,高于其他的从业人员的患病率（χ2=400.75,P〈0.05）。结论加强接触职业病危害因素从业人员的健康教育与健康促进和高血压患者的规范化管理,提高从业人员对于高血压病及其危险因素的认识,做好高血压的防治工作是今后昌平区高血压病防治工作的重点。

Detection situation of hypertension among workers exposed occupational hazards in Changping District of Beijing

Objective]To understand the incidence of hypertension among workers exposed occupational hazard factors in Changping district of Beijing,provide basis for hypertension prevention and control. Methods] The data of health examination among workers exposed occupational hazards（ high temperature,benzene series,manganese,petrol,dust and lead） in Changping district in 2012 was collected and analyzed. Results]4469 employees were examined,1 342 cases with hypertension,the prevalence rate was 30. 03%. The difference of prevalence rate between genders was statistically significant（ χ2= 60. 90,P 0. 01）. With the age growth,there was an increasing tendency of prevalence rate of hypertension（ χ2= 718. 34,P 0. 01）. With the growth of the working years,the prevalence rate of hypertension increased too（ χ2= 194. 21,P 0. 01）. The prevalence of hypertension in hightemperature operation workers was 48. 96%,higher than that of other workers（ χ2= 400. 75,P 0. 05）. Conclusion] We should strengthen the health education and health promotion among workers exposed occupational hazard factors and standardized management of hypertensive patients,improve the awareness of hypertension and risk factors. The hypertension prevention and control is the focus of the work in Changping district.
