文昌污水处理厂职业病危害预评价

目的分析污水处理工作场所中的职业病危害因素,确定其危害程度。方法主要采用类比法、定量分级法以及综合分析的方法对文昌污水处理厂扩建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素进行确定其存在的部位及分布。结果依据类比企业检测结果,粉尘合格率为83.33%,化学有害因素合格率为100%,噪声合格率为83.36%。结论类比作业场所中存在粉尘和噪声危害,针对可研报告中提出防护措施和设施方面存在的不足,应提出相应的建议,以完善防护对策,保护劳动者健康。

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in Wenchang Sewage Treatment Plant

Objective] To analyze the occupational hazards in workplace of sewage treatment plant, and identify its harmful degree. Methods]The expansion project of sewage disposal plant is evaluated through methods of analogy, quantitative classification and comprehensive analysis were applied to identify the location and distribution of the potential hazards causing occupational disease. Results] On the basis of the results of detecting analog enterprises, the qualified rate of dust, chemical hazards and noise was 83.33% , 100%, and 83.36% , respectively. Conclusion] It is necessary to determine the occupational harm degree through analog of dust and noise hazards in workplaces, to propose suggestions on improving the protective measures and facilities which are referred as the insufficient in feasibility report, and to improve protection measures so as to protect the health of workers.
