2007—2013年无锡市职业病发病情况分析

目的了解2007年以来无锡市职业病的发病情况,为探索职业病危害干预方法提供依据。方法根据2007—2013年无锡市的职业病诊断机构报告的尘肺病卡、职业病报告卡及职业病诊断有关的档案资料进行统计分析。结果 2007—2013年无锡市共诊断职业病1 429例,其中尘肺病1 118例,占78.24%。职业中毒中,急性中毒和职业性眼病均为87例,分别占6.09%;职业性皮肤病72例,占5.04%。尘肺病主要集中在机械和煤炭行业,占尘肺病例的82.83%;急性中毒主要分布在机械和化工行业,慢性职业中毒主要分布于建材行业。结论尘肺病和职业中毒是该市主要的职业病,机械、煤炭、化工和建材行业是职业病的高发行业,在防治职业病的同时应从源头上控制职业病危害因素。

Analysis on incidence rates of occupational diseases in Wuxi City from 2007-2013

Objective] To understand the incidence rates of occupational diseases in Wuxi City since 2007, provide a basis for exploring the intervention methods for occupational hazards. Methods ] The pneumoconiosis cards, occupational disease report cards, and data related to occupational disease diagnosis, which were reported by occupational disease diagnosis institutions in Wuxi City from 2007-2013, were statistically analyzed. Results] A total of 1 429 occupational disease cases were diagnosed in Wuxi City from 2007-2013, which included 1 118 cases of pneumoconiosis, accounting for 78.24%. In the occupational poisoning cases, there were 87 cases of acute poisoning and 87 cases of occupational oculopathy, which accounted for 6.09% and 6.09% respectively, and 72 cases were occupational dermatosis, accounting for 5.04%. Most of pneumoconiosis cases were reported in machinery and coal industry, accounting for 82.83% of total pneumoconiosis cases. The acute poisoning cases mainly concentrated in mechanical and chemical industry, while the chronic occupational poisoning cases were chiefly reported in building materials industry. Conclusion] The pneumoconiosis and occupational poisoning are the main occupational diseases in Wuxi City, and a majority of cases have occurred in machinery industry, coal industry, mechanical and chemical industry, and building materials industry. It is necessary to control the occupational hazard factors from the source, to prevent the occupational diseases.
