深圳市公共场所中军团菌污染状况

摘    要:目的调查深圳市公共场所中军团菌的污染状况。方法采集公共场所中水、土壤、风管积尘和气溶胶样本,按照"卫生行业专项任务工作方案"检测军团菌和嗜肺军团菌。结果军团菌阳性率水样为43.3%、气溶胶为3.85%、积尘为0.90%、土壤为0;嗜肺军团菌阳性率水样为36.8%、气溶胶为0%、积尘为0.90%、土壤为0。深圳市公共场所中分离的76株嗜肺军团菌有7种血清型,优势血清型为LP1和LP3,分别占57.9%和25.0%。部分水样存在着多种菌型共生的现象。结论深圳公共场所水环境中嗜肺军团菌污染严重,综合性医院空气中军团菌阳性率较高,公共场所存在军团菌病暴发的隐患。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the status of Legionella contamination in public places of Shenzhen City.Methods]The samples of water,soil,wind dust and aerosol were collected from public places. The Legionella and Legionella pneumophila were detected according to the Health industry special work plan. Results]The positive rate for Legionella in water,aerosol,wind dust and soil was 43. 3%,3. 85%,0. 90% and 0,respectively. The positive rate for Legionella pneumophila in water,aerosol,wind dust and soil was 36. 8%,0,0. 90% and 0,respectively. 7 serotypes were found among 76 strains of Legionella pneumophila in public places of Shenzhen City,and the dominant serotypes were LP1( 57. 9%) and LP3( 25. 0%). There were symbiotic bacteria in some water samples.Conclusion]The Legionella pneumophila contamination in water environment of public places in Shenzhen City is serious,and the positive rate for Legionella in air of general hospitals is high,which indicate that there is a danger of Legionnaires disease outbreak in the public places.
