摘    要:目的了解消防官兵工作倦怠现状,为制定预防消防官兵工作倦怠策略提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取新疆维吾尔自治区公安消防总队所有正在服役的消防官兵共2 112名作为调查对象,进行工作倦怠问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 1消防官兵情感耗竭、人格解体和成就感降低的检出率分别是12.38%,26.74%和43.94%。零度、轻度、中度和重度工作倦怠的检出率分别是40.00%、40.26%、16.48%和3.26%。2对不同组别调查对象的情感耗竭、人格解体、成就感降低和工作倦怠得分进行分析,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 1消防官兵轻度、中度倦怠人数较多,应尽早进行健康教育,预防工作倦怠情况加重。2工作倦怠情况较为严重的是低教育程度、低收入、低军衔、军龄小和工作性质为灭火的消防官兵。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the current situation of job burnout among fire fighters, provide scientific evidence for making the prevention strategy of job burnout in fire officers and soldiers. Methods ] By using the cluster sampling method, 2112 fire fighters in Xingjiang Public Security Fire Corps were enrolled in this investigation, to receive a questionnaire survey of job burnout, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results ] (1)The detection rate of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment among fire fighters was 12.38% , 26.74% and 43.94% , respectively. The detection rate of zero-degree, slight, moderate and severe job burnout was 40.00% , 40.26% , 16.48% and 3.26% , respectively. (2)There were significant differences in scores of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, diminished personal accomplishment and job burnout among different groups (P 〈0.05). Conclusion] (1)Most of firemen have felt mild or moderate burnout, so it is important to carry out the health education as soon as possible, to prevent the problem from getting worse. (2)The fire fighters with lower education level, lower income, lower rank and younger age, and who are engaged in outfire, are prone to get the serious job burnout.
