1999—2013年泰兴市胃癌流行趋势

目的描述1999—2013年泰兴市胃癌的发病趋势,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法利用泰兴市疾病预防控制中心肿瘤登记处登记的1999—2013年新发胃癌病例资料,描述性别、年龄分布,计算粗发病率（CR）、中国人口标化发病率（CASR）、世界人口标化发病率（WASR）、变化百分比（PC）以及年度变化百分比（APC）。结果 1999—2013年,泰兴市共发生胃癌新发病例7 746例,占全部肿瘤发病构成的19.98%;男女性别比为2.14∶1。15年间胃癌是泰兴市新发恶性肿瘤发生顺位第3位,粗发病率42.17/10万,其中男性55.26/10万,女性27.97/10万。胃癌发病在35岁组显著上升,50岁组即大幅度超过全人群水平;70岁组达到发病最高水平,为233.71/10万。结论胃癌发病呈逐年上升趋势,35岁以后是胃癌发病的高危人群,中老年人群是胃癌发病的重点人群。

Epidemic trend of gastric cancer in Taixing City from 1999-2013

Objective]To describe the epidemic trend of gastric cancer in Taixing City from 1999-2013,provide the evidence for developing the prevention and control measures.Methods]By using the data of new cases of gastric cancer,which were registered in tumor registry of Taixing Center for Diseases Control and Prevention from 1999-2013,the study described the gender and age distribution,calculated the crude incidence rate（CR）,standardized rates by China population（CASR）,standardized rates by world＇s population（WASR）,percentage change（PC） and annual percentage change（APC）.Results]There were 7746 new cases of gastric cancer in Taixing City from 1999-2013,accounting for 19. 98% of all tumor cases. The male-to-female ratio was 2. 14∶ 1.The gastric cancer was in the third place of all malignant tumors in Taixing City in 15 years. CR was 42. 17 /lakh,while that in males and females was 55. 26 /lakh and 27. 97 /lakh respectively. The incidence of gastric cancer significantly increased in 35 yearold age group,the incidence in 50 year-old age group was dramatically higher than that in all people,and it in 70 year-old age group reached the highest level（233. 71 /lakh）.Conclusion]The incidence of gastric cancer has increased year by year,and people over 35 years old are the high-risk group of gastric cancer,while elderly population is the key group of gastric cancer.
