摘    要:目的探讨唐山市某重工企业苯接触工人及噪声接触工人健康状况及苯、噪声对工人健康影响的特点,为制定健康监护策略及有效的保护工人健康提供依据。方法对该企业空气中苯浓度、噪声强度进行监测,对接触工人进行职业健康监护,以该企业不接触苯及噪声的工人为内对照组,对健康监护资料进行统计分析。结果苯接触工人702人,查出各种异常者303人,异常率为43.16%。苯接触工人白细胞下降率(10.26%)与对照组(3.49%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.75,P0.01)。噪声接触工人815人,查出各种异常者685人,异常率84.05%。噪声接触组高频损伤、语频损伤、神经衰弱、心电图异常和高血压的检出率均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论苯、噪声等职业危害因素,对劳动者健康有一定影响,企业必须采取有效的防护,改善劳动环境,加强工人健康监护。

Analysis on occupational health surveillance results of workers engaged in toxic and hazardous operations in an enterprise of Tangshan City

Abstract: Objective] To investigate the health status of workers exposed to benzene and noise in a heavy industrial enterprise of Tangshan City, analyze the characteristics that benzene noise affect the health of workers, and provide the basis for developing the health care strategy and effectively protect workers'health. Methods ] The air benzene concentration and noise intensity were monitored in this enterprise, and the occupational heahh surveillance was performed among exposure workers. The workers who did not exposed to benzene and noise were enrolled the control group. The data of health surveillance were analyzed statistically. ResultsJ Among 702 benzene exposed workers, 303 had the abnormal results, with the abnormal rate of 43.16%. The difference in the rate of ]eueopenia between the benzene exposure group ( 10.26% ) and the control group ( 3.49% ) was significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Among 815 noise exposed workers, 685 had the abnormal results, with the abnormal rate of 84.05%. The detection rates of high frequency injury, verbal frequency injury, neurasthenia, ECG abnormality and hypertension in the noise exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ] The occupational hazard factors of benzene and noise have a certain effect on the health of workers, so the enterprise should take effective protection measures, improve the working environment, and strengthen the health surveillance of workers.
