某钢厂高温对作业工人胃液成分的影响

摘    要:目的通过分析高温对作业工人胃液成分的影响,探讨高温作业工人消化系统疾病的防控措施。方法抽取某钢厂从事高温作业的387名轧钢工人作为高温组、从事常温作业的349名其他班组的工人作为常温组,对两组工人的胃液成分进行检查、分析、比较;大样本计量资料均数的比较用u检验,率的比较用χ2检验,高温作业工龄与胃液成分阳性率的关系用等级相关分析。结果高温组胃液的量、上皮细胞、食物残渣、pH值、幽门螺杆菌、八叠球菌阳性率及总的指标阳性率均高于常温组,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);高温组胃液指标阳性率与高温作业工龄之间存在正相关关系(rs=0.943〉rs0.05(6)=0.738,P〈0.05)。结论高温对作业工人的胃液成分有影响,能引起高温作业工人消化系统疾病,应及时补充电解质、维生素饮料,调整胃液成分,有效防止高温作业工人的消化系统疾病。

Abstract:Objective]Through the analysis on the influence of high temperature on gastric juice components of workers,to explore the prevention and control measures against digestive system diseases of workers exposed to high temperature.Methods]387 rolled steel workers engaged in high-temperature operation were enrolled in the observation group,349 workers engaged in normal temperature operation were enrolled in the control group,and the gastric juice components of workers in two groups were tested,analyzed and compared. U test was used to compare the mean of large sample measurement data,χ2test was used to compare the rate,and the grade correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between the length of high-temperature service and the positive rate of gastric juice components.Results]The volume of gastric juice,epithelial cells,food residue,pH value,the positive rates of helicobacter pylori and sarcina,and the total positive rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05). In the observation group,there was a positive correlation between positive rates of gastric juice components and the length of high-temperature service( rs= 0. 943〉 rs 0. 05(6)= 0. 738,P〈0. 05).Conclusion]The high-temperature operation has the influence on the gastric juice components of exposure workers,and can cause the digestive system diseases. It is necessary to replenish electrolytes and vitamin drink,and adjust the gastric juice components,to effectively prevent the digestive system diseases of workers exposed to high temperature.
