女性海洛因滥用复吸者患龋情况的调查

目的:了解女性海洛因滥用复吸者龋病的发生情况。方法:采用世界卫生组织1997年版口腔健康调查基本方法和标准器材,对213例女性海洛因滥用复吸者和217例同龄女性正常人群的患龋情况进行调查。结果:女性海洛因滥用复吸者213例均患龋,发生率100·0%(213/213),对照组有115例患龋,发生率为53·0%(115/217),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0·01);复吸组35a以下占79·8%(170/213),对照组为22·6%(49/217),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0·01)。复吸组总龋齿数712颗,其中,中度、深度龋635颗,占89·2%(635/712)。对照组总龋数178颗,其中,中度、深度龋32颗占18·0%,复吸组患中、深度龋数比对照组严重(P<0·01)。结论:女性海洛因复吸者龋病发生率较正常女性人群高,且龋病程度严重。女性海洛因依赖复吸者龋病发生年龄呈年轻化。

CARIES STATUS OF FEMALE HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS

Objective: To understand the caries status of female heroin dependent patients. Methods: A survey was conducted among 213 female heroin dependent patients and 217 normal females with WHO Oral Health Surveys Basic Methods(4th ed, 1997) and related equipment. Results: The prevalent rate of caries of female heroin dependent patients was 100.0%(213/213), and the control group was 53.0%(115/217), showing significant difference (P<0.01). In female heroin dependent patients, 79.8%(170/213) were less than 35 year old, while in control group, there was just 22.6%(49/217), also showing great difference(P<0.01). There were 712 teeth with caries in all female heroin dependent patients including 635 teeth with moderate and severe caries, the prevalence was 89.2%(635/712), while in control group, there were 178 teeth with caries including 32 teeth with moderate and severe caries, the prevalence was 18.0%. There was great difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: The incidence of caries of female heroin dependent patients was higher than common females and the caries was more serious. People suffering from caries among heroin dependent patients was much younger.
