雌激素联合球囊子宫支架治疗宫腔粘连的效果分析

目的观察雌激素联合球囊子宫支架治疗宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法 80例宫腔粘连患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用雌激素联合球囊子宫支架治疗,对照组采用雌激素联合宫腔内置入金属环治疗。比较观察两组患者治疗效果及宫腔粘连复发率。结果治疗组患者术后3个月宫腔发生轻度粘连1例,中度粘连1例,宫腔粘连复发率为5.00%;对照组患者术后3个月发生宫腔轻度粘连6例,中度粘连6例,宫腔粘连复发率为30.00%;治疗组患者宫腔粘连复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率为97.50%,对照组患者总有效率为75.00%,治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素联合球囊子宫支架治疗宫腔粘连,可明显提高临床疗效,缓解患者症状,降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。

Effect of estrogen combined with balloon uterus stent for intrauterine adhesions

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with balloon uterus stent for intrauterine adhesions. Methods A total of 80 patients with intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by estrogen combined with balloon uterus stent, and the control group was treated by estrogen combined with intrauterine metal ring. The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions were compared and observed between the two groups. Results 3 months after operation, the treatment group had 1 case of mild adhesion and 1 case of moderate adhesion, with recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions as 5.00%, and the control group had 6 cases of mild adhesion and 6 cases of moderate adhesion, with recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions as 30.00%. The recurrence rate of intrauterine adhesions in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.50% in the treatment group, which was 75.00% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Estrogen combined with balloon uterus stent can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of intrauterine adhesions, alleviate the symptoms of patients and lower the recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
