动态心电图对冠心病的诊断价值探讨

目的探究冠心病患者运用动态心电图诊断的临床价值。方法选取41例冠心病患者,对所有患者分别实施常规心电图和动态心电图进行诊断。比较两种诊断方式的阳性检出率和诊断认可度情况。结果动态心电图诊断阳性率为85.37%,高于常规心电图的63.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.185, P<0.05)。动态心电图诊断的实用性评分为(92.17±5.96)分,安全性评分为(93.22±6.37)分,均高于常规心电图的(78.61±4.33)、(80.47±5.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者运用动态心电图进行诊断,能够有效提高阳性检出率,且具有较高的诊断认可度,可以在临床诊疗中提供有效的参考依据,其临床价值较显著。

Discussion on value of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the clinical value of dynamic electrocardiogram for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 41 patients with coronary heart disease were selected, and all patients were diagnosed by conventional electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram. The positive detection rate and diagnostic recognition of the two diagnostic methods were compared. Results The positive detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram was 85.37%, which was higher than 63.41% of conventional electrocardiogram, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.185, P<0.05). The practicality score(92.17±5.96) points and safety score(93.22±6.37) points of dynamic electrocardiogram were all higher than(78.61±4.33) and(80.47± 5.02) points of conventional electrocardiogram, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of coronary heart disease can effectively improve the positive detection rate, and has a high degree of diagnostic recognition. It can provide an effective reference in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and its clinical value is significant.
