喉部分切除术联合术后放疗治疗喉癌的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨喉部分切除术联合放疗在喉癌治疗中的临床效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取喉癌患者76例,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用喉部分切除术治疗,研究组采用喉部分切除术联合放疗治疗。统计对比2组患者的治疗效果以及对患者生活质量的影响。结果治疗前2组患者的生活质量没有明显差异(P>0.05),治疗完成后均得到提高,研究组患者的躯体、生理、心理和社会功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗完成后1年、2年、3年的疾病控制情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者血清中炎症因子水平没有明显的差异(P>0.05),治疗完成后,研究组患者血清中IL-2的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-6的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对喉癌患者应用喉部分切除术联合放疗治疗,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,减少术后转移和复发,改善体内炎症因子水平。

The Clinical Effect of Partial Laryngectomy Combined with Radiotherapy in the Patients with Larynx Cancer and its Effect on the Quality of Life

Objective To explore the clinical effect of partial laryngectomy combined with radiotherapy in the patients with larynx cancer and the effect on the quality of life.Methods 76 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,the control group using partial laryngectomy in the treatment,the study group using partial laryngectomy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of statistics,compared the 2 groups of patients with treatment effect and impact on quality of life.Results The the 2 groups before treatment,the quality of life of patients had no significant difference(P>0.05),after the completion of treatment were improved,patients in the study group,physical,physiological,psychological and social function scores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The disease control in the 1,2,and 3 years of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors between the 2 groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the level of IL-2 in the serum of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-6 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngectomy combined with radiotherapy for laryngeal cancer patients can effectively improve the quality of life,reduce postoperative metastasis and recurrence,and improve the level of inflammatory factors in vivo,which is worthy of popularization and application.
