精神科住院患者睡眠质量的影响因素与护理干预

目的:分析精神科住院患者产生睡眠障碍的原因,探究实施综合护理的效果.方法:选取2017 年8 月至2018 年8月厦门市仙岳医院收治的精神科住院患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,比较2 组患者的护理效果.结果:护理前,2组患者在睡眠障碍的原因等方面比较,包括身体因素、药物因素、环境因素和心理因素等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).经过护理后,观察组睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠质量、催眠药物评分均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:精神科住院患者睡眠质量的影响因素比较多,经过综合护理后能够提升睡眠质量,应该进行推广.

Factors Influencing Sleep Quality in Psychiatric Inpatients and Nursing Intervention

Objective:To analyze the causes of sleep disorder in psychiatric inpatients and explore the effect of comprehensive nursing.Methods:A total of 100 psychiatric inpatients admitted to xiamen xianyue hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the causes of sleep disorders,including physical factors,drug factors,environmental factors and psychological factors(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,hypnotic drug score are better than the control group,nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group,the comparison between groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:there are many factors influencing the sleep quality of psychiatric inpatients,and comprehensive nursing can improve the sleep quality,so it should be promoted.
