| 摘 要： | 在研究睡眠障碍的相关病案时发现,实现准确编码对于病案首页数据内涵有重要的意义,同时也方便医疗经费的控制与管理.编码员在进行编码时,应仔细研究相关病案,分析病因,结合病案的实际情况,依照国际疾病分类原则,区分器质性与非器质睡眠障碍,同时根据鉴别结果给予相应的疾病分类编码.

| Abstract: | In the study of sleep disorders related medical records,it is found that accurate coding is of great significance for the connotation of the data on the front page of medical records,and it is also convenient for the control and management of medical expenses.When coding,the coder should carefully study the relevant medical records,analyze the causes,combine with the actual situation of the medical records,according to the principle of international classification of diseases,distinguish organic and non-organic sleep disorders,and give the corresponding disease classification and coding according to the results of identification. |
