| 摘 要： | 目的观察肾脏疾病 (肾病综合征与慢性肾功能衰竭 )患者血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (oxidizedlowdensitylipoprotein ,ox LDL)水平的变化 ,探讨其临床意义。 方法用ELISA法检测 5 4例肾病综合征、92例慢性肾功能衰竭患者及 1 1 1例正常人血浆ox LDL的浓度。结果肾病综合征组与慢性肾功能衰竭组血浆ox LDL水平明显高于正常对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。慢性肾功能衰竭组血浆ox LDL水平明显高于肾病综合征组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论血浆增高的ox LDL水平可能是肾脏疾病进行性发展的重要危险因素

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the plasma levels and significance of oxidized low density lipoprotein (ox LDL) in patients with renal diseases including nephrotic syndrome and chronic renal failure. MethodsThe plasma levels of ox LDL in nephrotic syndrome patients, chronic renal failure patients and control subjects were measured with ELISA. ResultsThe plasma levels of ox LDL were significantly elevated in patients suffering from nephrotic syndrome, chronic renal failure compared with control subjects (P< 0.05 ). The plasma levels of ox LDL were significantly elevated in patients with chronic renal failure compared with patients with nephrotic syndrome (P< 0.05 ). ConclusionThe elevated levels of plasma ox LDL in patients with nephrotic syndrome and chronic renal failure may contribute to the pathogenesis of glomerulosclerosis. |
