| 摘 要： | 褪黑素(melatonin,MT)是松果体合成和分泌的一种神经内分泌激素,不仅参与生物周期性节律、神经-内分泌-免疫调节、镇静、催眠等,而且在Alzheimer病、失眠、抑郁症等多种疾病中具有治疗作用.同时,在许多有关癫癎的临床和动物实验研究中发现MT有抗癎和促癎的双重作用.本文从MT的生理活性入手,就近5年来有关MT的抗癎和促癎作用及可能机制做一综述.

| Abstract: | Melatonin is a hormone synthesized and secreted by the pineal gland. Moreover,melatonin shows a daily rhythm of synthesis. Besides its functions in many behavioral processes including those related to anxiolytic ,sedative and hypnotic properties,melatonin has anticonvulsant and proconvulsive activities. From double activities,this article reviewed melatonin in the recent five years. |
