直肠支架在妇科肿瘤术后复发并梗阻中的应用

目的 初步评价直肠支架姑息性治疗妇科肿瘤术后复发并直肠梗阻的有效性。方法妇科肿瘤术后复发并直肠梗阻病例4例，卵巢癌和宫颈癌各2例，其中1例同时伴有直肠阴道瘘，在X线监视下经肛门放置自膨式覆膜镍钛合金金属支架。结果4例病例放置支架后，肠梗阻症状均即刻获得缓解，瘘道基本闭合，生活质量得到提高。结论经肛门放置自膨式覆膜金属支架，是姑息性治疗妇科肿瘤术后复发并直肠梗阻和直肠瘘的有效方法。

Rectal obstruction caused by post-operation recurrent gynaecological neoplasm: treatment with self-expandable metallic covered stents

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of self-expandable covered metallic stents in the palliative treatment of rectal obstruction secondary to post-operation recurrent gynaecological neoplasm. Methods The self-expandable metallic covered stents were placed under the help of X-ray in 4 patients with clinical and radiological signs of rectal obstruction, including 2 cases of respectively ovarian and cervical cancer, and 1 with rectal-vaginal fistula at the same time. Results Stent placement was successful in all patients. It were resolved that signs and symptoms of intestinal obstruction, including fistula right now. The improvement of vital quality was also evident in all cases. Conclusion The placement of self-expandable covered metallic stents via anus is an effective and palliative treatment for rectal obstruction and fistula caused by post-operation recurrent gynaecological neoplasm.
