白术中微量元素的溶出特性和形态分析

摘    要:对中草药白术中的 Mn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg和 K依次用氯仿和沸水进行提取 ,并考察了这些元素在不同浓度乙醇溶液中的溶出情况 ,火焰原子吸收法测定。结果表明 :2 0 %的稀醇是提取白术中微量元素最适宜的溶剂 ,并且各元素在该溶液中与在氯仿提取液中含量之比趋于一定值 1 .5 9± 0 .1 8

Abstract:In this paper,Chloroform,hot water and ethyl alcohol with various concentration were employed to extract Mn?Cu?Fe?Ca?Mg and K in Largehead Actractylodes Rhizome,which were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.the contents of referred elements in all extractants and residue were determined successfully.We found that 20% ethyl alcohol solution is most suitable to extract trace metals from the above Chinese herbal medicine.The element contents in this kind of solutions are about 1.5 times of those in chloroform extractant.
