摘    要:目的:比较合成辣椒素(N-Vanillylnonanamide)诱导白血病细胞K562及其多药耐药K562/ADM、肝癌HepG2细胞凋亡的作用.方法:以K562细胞、K562/ADM细胞和HepG2细胞为靶细胞,采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测细胞增殖活性,流式细胞法测定细胞周期和Annexin V/PI双染色检测细胞凋亡.结果:MTT示合成辣椒素可抑制白血病细胞和HepG2细胞的增殖,根据同时期半数抑制浓度(IC50)示HepG2细胞最敏感,K562细胞较K562/ADM细胞敏感.合成辣椒素可阻滞细胞周期.合成辣椒素诱导24小时后Annexin V/PI双染色显示白血病细胞和肝癌细胞凋亡率升高;白血病敏感细胞株和耐药细胞株的对舍成辣椒素敏感性相似.结论:合成辣椒素可抑制白血病和肝癌细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡;辣椒素对药物敏感和耐受的白血病细胞的作用相似.
