| Abstract: | cases of cesarean section of lower uterine segment were clinically analysed, which included rate and indications of cesarean section, compared hemoglobin, white blood cell count, temperature before and after operation. The results showed that rate of cesarean section was 22.83%(116 /508). Indication of cesarean section as follows:hyparmnion 18.10%, breech presentation 15. 52%, premature rupture of fetal membranes 14.66%,prolonged pregnancy 13.70%,giant fetal 11.21% and fetal distrenn 11.21%,There was significant difference in hemoglobin( P<0. 005). There was no signigicant difference in white blood cell count(P>0. 20). There was highly significant difference in temprature (P<0.001). |
