TIMP-1在喉癌中的表达及其临床意义

①目的探讨TIMP-1在喉癌中的表达及其临床意义。②方法应用流式细胞术检测50例原发喉癌患者新鲜手术切除癌组织及50例相应癌旁组织（距肿瘤边缘0.5cm）与16例非喉部疾病患者的正常喉黏膜组织的TIMP-1的表达。③结果TIMP-1的表达量及阳性表达率在喉癌组织中明显低于癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织，差异均具有统计学意义；癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织间的表达差异无统计学意义；临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期组明显低于临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组。TIMP-1在不同性别、年龄中的表达量和阳性表达率均差异无统计学意义。④结论TIMP-1在喉癌组织、癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织中均有表达，在喉癌组织中的定量及定性表达均明显低于癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织，癌旁组织和正常喉黏膜组织的表达无差别。这种差异与临床分期有关，但其表达与患者年龄及性别无关。

Expression of TIMP- 1 in laryngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of TIMP - 1 in laryngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of TIMP - 1 were detected using FCM in tumor tissues and para - carcinoma tissues of 50 patients with laryngeal carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa of 16 cases. Results The expression quantity and positive expression rate of TIMP - 1 in laryngesl carcinoma tissues were obviously higher than those in para - carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues, and the,re was significant difference, while there was no significant difference between para - carcinoma tisseres and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues,which in clinical stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ were obviously lower than those in in clinical stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ. There were not significant difference in the expression quantity and positive expression rate of TIMP - 1 between different age and sex. Conclusion TIMP - 1 was expressed in laryngeal carcinoma, para - carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues, the quantitative and qualitive expression of TIMP - 1 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were remarkably lower than those in para - carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues, and the difference was realted to clinical stage, no relation to age and sex.
