摘    要:目的:采用气相色谱法测定复方水杨酸甲酯四组分的含量。方法:用DB—WAXetr毛细管柱(0.32mm×30m,膜厚1.0μm),以氮气为载气,柱温:起始温度150℃,保持7min,然后以每分钟20oC的速率升至240℃,保持5min;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),检测器温度为280℃;进样口温度为250℃。结果:各组分均能分离良好,方法学考察满足含量测定的要求。结论:方法简单、灵敏度高,可用于复方水杨酸甲酯搽剂四组分的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose is to develop GC method for the assay of four components in Compound Methyl Salicylate Liniment. Methods: The test used DB-WAXetr capillary column(30 m ×0. 32 mm ×1.0 μm) ;carrier: nitrogen; Temperature :at 150 ℃retains 7 rain, then from 150℃ to 240℃ at rate of 20℃ min ^-1, then retained 5min at 240℃ ; FID detector at 280℃ ; Injector at 250℃ Results: Any component had good linearity and recovery. Conclusions: The method is simple, sensitive and rapid, it can he applied to the content determination of Compound Methyl Salicylate Liniment.
