动脉内溶栓治疗急性脑梗死临床分析

目的观察动脉内溶栓治疗早期脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法应用数字减影全脑血管造影技术，确定急性闭塞脑血管后将导管微导管先端送至脑血管闭塞部位，将尿激酶（UK）经导管或微导管泵入行溶栓治疗，动态观察血管再通、临床疗效及安全性。结果经溶栓治疗颈内动脉系统血管闭塞16例、椎-基底动脉系统闭塞10例，闭塞血管再通率76.89％。结论UK超选择动脉内溶栓治疗脑梗死疗效肯定而安全，未发现严重不良反应。

Clinical analysis on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with intra-arterial thrombolysis

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of the treatment for earlier cerebral infarction with intra-arterial thrombolysis. Methods After the acute occlusion of cerebral artery was defined by cranial angiography with digital subtraction radiography, micro-catheter was sent to the position of vascular occlusion in cerebral artery for pumping Urokinase. The recanalization rate, clinical outcome and safety were observed. Results 16 patients with internal carotid artery system occlusion and 10 patients with vertebrobasilar artery occlu- sion were treated by intra-arterial thromholysis. The reeanalization rate was 76.89%. Conclusion The treatment of earlier acute cerebral infarction by using intra-arterial thrombolysis with UK is effective and safe ,without severe adverse effect.
