| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨丙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-12水平的变化以及在丙型肝炎发病机制中的作用。方法:分别应用ELISA法检测52例丙型肝炎患者(其中轻度18例,中度19例,重度15例)血清的IL-6、IL-12浓度,荧光定量PCR检测HCV RNA含量,同时测定ALT水平,然后分析它们之间的关系,并与15名正常健康人作对照。结果:丙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-12、ALT和HCV RNA水平均非常显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.01),相关性分析表明,丙型肝炎患者血清中的ALT、HCV病毒含量均与IL-6、IL-12浓度呈正相关。结论:丙型肝炎患者血清IL-6、IL-12水平高低与HCV病毒含量有关,并且与肝脏的损伤程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the changes of serum IL-6,IL-12 levels in patients with hepatitis C and the role of IL-6,IL-12 in pathogenesy of hepatitis C.Method: Levels of serum IL-6 and IL-12 were detected by ELISA, contents of HCV RNA by fluorescent quantitation PCR in 52 cases hepatitis C and 15normal controls.Levels of ALT were measured in the same time.Result: Serum levels of IL-6,IL-12,ALT and HCV virus were higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01).there were positive correlation between serum levels of IL-6,IL-12 and contents of ALT and HCV.Conclusion: The serum levels of Il-6,Il-12 in patients with hepatitis C were related to HCV content.Their levels were also related to immune function injury degree of liver. |
