阿罗格皮肤点刺试验及脱敏治疗在变应性鼻炎中的临床意义

目的:探讨阿罗格皮肤点刺试验及脱敏治疗在变应性鼻炎中的临床意义。方法:用阿罗格19种点刺原液进行皮肤点刺试验,组胺液为阳性对照、生理盐水为阴性对照;并对变应原为螨阳性者进行脱敏治疗。结果:在210例变应性鼻炎患者中对螨Ⅱ和螨I变应原呈阳性反应者分别为50.5%和28.6%;对10种变应原的阳性反应在0.4%和6.2%之间;对其余7种变应原的反应均为阴性。对变应原为螨阳性者使用阿罗格标准抗原进行脱敏治疗,疗效满意。结论:阿罗格皮肤点刺试验为变应性鼻炎的特异性脱敏治疗提供可靠依据,也为治疗后的疗效评定提供客观指标;阿罗格是治疗变应性鼻炎的有效药物。

Clinical Significance of Skin Prick Test and Desensitization Therapy with Allergopharma Fluid in Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To evaluate clinical value of skin prick test and desensitization the rapy with allergopharma fluid in allergic rhinitis.Methods Skin test was performed by using 19 different allergens fluid of allergopharma,histamine was positive control,normal saline was negative control.Results In 210 patients with allergic rhinitis,positive skin test results MiteⅡand Mite I were 50.5% and 28.6% respectively,positive rates of 10 allergens were 0.4%～6.2% respe ctively,the others allergens were all negative.Conclusion Skin test in allergic rhinitis with Allergopharma canprovide reliable experiment basis for specific desensitization therapy and impersonal index for passing judgement on curative effect.Allergopharma is effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
