丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血眭脑病57例临床分析

目的观察丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的临床效果。方法将2006年1月至2008年5月95例HIE患儿随机分为两组，治疗组57例，对照组38例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组与对照组比较，原始反射、肌张力、惊厥、脑水肿等恢复时间均有明显缩短（P〈0．05）。结论丹参注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血陛脑病有显著疗效：

Clinical analysis of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on 57 cases of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)

Objective To explore the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of hypoxicischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 95 cases of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were divided randomly into two groups,the experimental group(57 cases)and the control group(38 cases).The experimental group was received conventional treatment and adjuvant therapy of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.Results Compared with control group,recovery time of clinical symptom in treat group were significantly shortened(P＜0.05).Conclusions Adjuvant therapy with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection has significant therapeutic effect on neonates with HIE.
