| 摘 要： | 姜黄一直被用于食品添加剂,并在传统医学中作为中草药广泛应用,其中姜黄素是姜黄中主要的活性成分。近年来的研究发现,姜黄素可以通过抗氧化、抗炎、抑制蛋白质的聚积等药理作用发挥其较强的神经保护作用。本文以典型的神经变性病阿尔茨海默病为例,就近年来姜黄素在神经保护作用中的最新研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Traditionally, turmeric has been put to use as a food additive and herbal medicine in Asia. Curcumin is an active principle of the perennial herb Curcuma longa (commonly known as turmeric). Recent evidence suggests that Curcumin has activities with potential for neuroprotective efficacy, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiprotein-aggregate activities. In the current review, we provide the newly evidence for the potential role of curcumin in the neuroprotective effects of Neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's disease (AD). |
