狂犬病暴露人群及家属对狂犬病的认知及预防依从性

目的：了解狂犬病暴露人群及家属对狂犬病的认知水平及其预防依从性。方法：收集2007年7-10月在本科就诊的狂犬病暴露者及家属共709人,通过问卷调查的方法对其进行狂犬病的认知态度与治疗措施的调查与分析。结果：有80.96%（574/709）的被调查者知晓狂犬病是一种致死性疾病,22.00%（156/709）的被调查者对家养动物致伤表示无所谓、不用治疗的观点,认为只要致伤需就诊者占62.91%（446/709）,用土方法等不正确方法处理伤口者占17.07%（121/709）;100.00%（9/9）的Ⅰ级暴露者,83.52%（76/91）的Ⅱ级暴露者和15.09%（32/212）的Ⅲ级暴露者完全按照医嘱进行了预防治疗。结论：被调查者对狂犬病有较高的认识水平,但对动物致伤及伤后处理认识不足,预防依从性相对较差。

Rabies Awareness and Compliance to Prevention in Exposers and Their Families

Objective： To investigate the rabies awareness and compliance to prevention in exposers and their families. Methods： From July to October 2007, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 709 rabies exposers or their family members to investigate the awareness of this disease and compliance to prevention. Results： Of the 709 interviewee, 574 （80.96%） recognized rabies as a fatal disease, 156 （22.00%） disregarded the threat posed by pet bites, 446 （62.91%） would seek medical assistance once bit, while 121 （17.07%） reported treatment of wounds using improper, thumbnail approaches. Prevention was observed based on doctor＇ s adviees in all of 9 degree Ⅰ exposers （100.00%）, 76 of 91 degree Ⅱ exposers （83.52%） and 32 of 212 degree Ⅲ exposers （15.09%）. Conclusion： Among the study population, awareness of rabies was highly achieved, while there was not enough knowledge about pet bites and post-injury treatment, hence the low compliance to prevention.
