癫痫患者自我效能与自我管理行为的相关性研究

目的探讨癫痫患者自我效能与其自我管理行为之间的关系，寻求相应的护理对策。方法采用美国Stanford大学慢性疾病教育研究中心的自我效能量表和自行设计的癫痫患者自我管理行为调查表，对150例癫痫患者进行调查，应用Spearman’s相关分析法确定二者之间的关系。结果癫痫患者的自我效能与其自我管理行为均较低，且自我效能与自我管理行为呈高度正相关（P〈0．01）。结论临床护理工作可通过健康教育提高患者的自我效能，进而提高其自我管理行为。

Study on the correlation between self - efficacy and self - management behaviors in patients with epilepsy

Objective To determine the relation between self- efficacy and self- management behaviors in patients with epilepsy, and to explore propotional nursing strategies. Methods The Self- Efficacy Scale designed by the Institute of Chronic Diseases in Stanford University and the self- designed self-management questionnaire were used to investigate 150 patients with epilepsy. Then,the correlation analytical methed was conducted to determine the relation between them. Results Self - efficacy and self - management in patients with epilepsy were both relatively low,and there was significant positive correlation between them （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is suggested to provide health education to enhance patients ＇ self - efficacy and thereby to improve patients ＇ self - management behaviors.
