| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫血宁用于防治米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物流产后阴道出血185例临床疗效。方法我院2001年2月～2006年8月孕6～9周药物流产病例运用宫血宁治疗185例及对照组96例阴道流血的比较。结果治疗组阴道出血量明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论宫血宁用于药物流产后防治阴道流血有显著疗效。

To Prevent and Therapy Colporrhagia after Medical Abortion with Gong Xue Ning:A Report of 185 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effectiveness of Gong Xue Ning in prevening and therapying colporrhagia after medical ( using mifepristone and misoprostol ) abortion . Methods From Feb 2001 to Aug 2006 ,we compared blood volume of vaginal bleeding between the treated group (185 patients ) given Gong Xue Ning while the control group ( 96 patients ) in curing medical abortion cases of pregnant 6 to 9 months . Results The totle blood voume of vaginal bleeding of the treated group is little than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is an effective treatments to prevent and therapy colporrhagia after medical abortion with Gong Xue Ning . |
