冠心病合并2型糖尿病与单纯冠心病的临床特点比较

目的：探讨和分析冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特点。方法：观察组为100例CHD合并T2DM病人。对照组为100例CHD但不伴有糖尿病的病人。比较两组临床症状、冠脉病变、血糖与血脂。结果：与冠心病组患者比较，冠心病合并糖尿病组：①临床症状不典型，以无痛性心肌缺血和心功能不全居多；②甘油三酯（TG）与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）显著增高，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）显著降低；③冠脉病变以多支、闭塞性、弥漫性居多。结论：冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者更易发生心功能不全．血脂异常更明显，冠脉病变更严重。

Comparision of Clinical Characteristics of Coronary Heart Disease with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective： To expore and analyze the clinical characteristics of coronary heart diseases（CHD） combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM）. Methods： 100 cases of CHD combined with type 2 DM was selected as observation group and 100 cases of CHD as control group. The clinical symptoms, the coronary lesions, the levels of blood sugar and blood lipid were compared between two groups. Results： Compared with group with CHD, （1）The clinical symptoms was atypical, showing silent heart ischemia and heart dysfunction in obserevation group; （2）the levels of TG and LDL - C was markedly increased and the level of HDL- C decreased in obserevation group;（3） most cases showed obstructive and diffusive lesions in multiple branches in obserevation group. Conclusion： The CHD combined with type 2 DM is apt to heart failure. The severity of coronary lesions increased with the level of blood lipid.
