| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨主动免疫治疗联合绒毛膜促性腺激素针治疗原因不明习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法：选取原因不明习惯性流产患者118例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组87例,妊娠前应用主动免疫治疗,妊娠后主动免疫加强并联合绒毛膜促性腺激素针治疗;对照组31例,妊娠后单纯绒毛膜促性腺激素针治疗。结果：治疗组妊娠成功率为86%,对照组为26%,两组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：主动免疫治疗联合绒毛膜促性腺激素针治疗习惯性流产临床疗效确切,是一种值得推广应用的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To disscuss the clinical effect of unexplained habitual abortion （UHA） with active immunotherapy and human chorionic gonodotropin （HCG） on the patients with UHA. Methods： 118 patients with UHA were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, 87 cases of experiment group were treated with active immunotherapy combined HCG Injection; while other 31 cases of control group were treated with single HCG Injection. Results： The pregnant rate of the treatment group was 86% and 26% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion： It is an effective method in treatment of UHA by active immunotherapy and HCG, which is worth further widespread application in clinical treatment of UHA. |
