| 摘 要： | 目的:观察斜刃针刀治疗屈指肌腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:所有病例分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用斜刃针刀切开狭窄的腱鞘;对照组采用局部药物封闭治疗。结果:治疗7天后治疗组与对照组疼痛疗效无显著性差异,治疗14天及180天后治疗组与对照组治愈率有显著性差异。治疗14天后及180天后的疗效情况相比较,治疗组的治愈率有所上升,而对照组的治愈率有所下降。结论:斜刃针刀治疗屈指肌腱鞘炎,无需手术切开缝合,操作简单安全,临床疗效满意可靠。
