同济医学院1 298名新生视力状况分析

目的 了解高校入学新生视力状况，为高等学校的学生健康管理提供帮助。方法 采用标准对数视力表，对1999年武汉同济医学院新招收的学生1298名进行裸眼视力及矫正视力检查，达到4．8的为视力合格，达到或超过5．0的为视力正常。结果 1298名新生中，裸眼视力合格者占30．78％，矫正视力合格者（以右眼为例）高度近视占18．87％，中度近视占62．26％，轻度近视占18．87％。而矫正至正常视力则轻、中、高度近视眼数均呈大幅度的增加，但以轻、中度近视数量的增加最明显，高度近视最低。结论 高校新生视力低下率令人堪忧，学校管理者需注意学生的健康教育。

Analysis of Eyesight Status Among 1 298 Freshmen in Tongji Medical College

Objective To know the status of freshmen's eyesight,and to provide basis for health management of college students.Methods Standard logarithmic visual chart was used to test natural eyesight and rectify eyesight.The eyesight reached 4.8 was considered to be qualified,and the eyesight reached 5.0 or over 5.0 was considered to be normal.Results Among 1 298 freshmen,30.78% of the students' natural eyesight was qualified,and the percentages of high myopia,moderate myopia and low myopia were 18.87%,62.26% and 18.87% respectively when their eyesight was rectified to 4.8.When their eyesight was rectified to normal,the percentages of all types of myopia were largely increased,with the most in low myopia and the least in high myopia.Conclusion The poor eyesight status among freshmen in university is not satisfying.The administrators of university should pay more attention to the health education for students.
