| 摘 要： | 在295例癫痫中,50%以上在儿童期发病,30岁以前发病占79％。其中89.8％有阳性病史,癫痫类型与阳性病史无关,仅有46例有遗传病史;103做CT检查,68例异常,其中92例伴有阳性病史,263例脑电图检查中有226例异常。

| Abstract: | The cause of epilepsy was analysed. Of 295 cases, more than 50% suffered from the disease during their childhood; 79 got this disease before age of 30; 89.8% of the cases had positive case history but the types of epilepsy were unrelated to the history, and only 46 cases were hereditary. 68 of 103 cases were found abnormal after CT scanning. 226 out of 263 cases were proved abnormal with EEG. |
