| 摘 要： | 目的观察热疗在按摩治疗落枕中的使用效果。方法。对30例落枕患者采用热疗配合按摩推拿的方法。结果30例患者：痊愈24例，好转6例。结论热疗对落枕引起的软组织痉挛，无菌性炎症及酸胀痛疼痛，配合按摩推拿，可促进患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effectiveness of hot compress therapy combined with massage for the treatment of stiff neck. Methods Thirty cases of stiff neck were treated with hot compress therapy combined with massage. Results Of all 30 cases, 24 were cured, and the remaining 6 improved. Conclusion Hot compress therapy plus massage can alleviate soft tissue spasm, aseprtic inflammation and aching and gas pains caused by stiff neck, contributing to early rehabilitation of patients. |
