Along with the flourish development of our country＇s medical projects, many advanced medical devices are imported from overseas. The newly arrived manufacturers lead to an increasingly competitive market in medical devices. The after-sale service is to keep the medical devices intact, as well as protect the safety and effectiveness of the medical devices. This paper is to introduce international and domestic situation of the supervision and administration of the agencies of the after-sale service of medical devices and then analyze the current situations in our country as well as some problems and provide solutions to these questions.
