大肠癌内CD147蛋白表达与生物学行为及预后的关系

目的: 探讨大肠癌内CD147蛋白表达与生物学行为及预后的关系.方法: 应用免疫组织化学Envision两步法检测CD147蛋白在50例大肠管状腺癌及18例大肠腺瘤、30例腺瘤伴腺上皮异型增生中的表达.结果: CD147在大肠癌中的阳性表达率为70%(35/50例),大肠腺瘤的阳性率为5.6%(1/18),大肠腺瘤伴腺上皮异型增生的阳性率为47%(14/30).CD147在大肠癌的表达与大肠腺瘤、大肠腺瘤伴腺上皮异型增生比较差异均有显著性( P<0.05);大肠腺瘤伴腺上皮异型增生与大肠腺瘤间的差异有显著性(P<0.05);CD147 的表达与大肠癌的Ducks 分期、肿瘤浸润程度、淋巴结转移以及5年生存率差异有显著性(P<0.05);与大肠癌的发病年龄、肿瘤的大小(直径)差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论: CD147在大肠癌的发生、发展及转移过程中发挥着重要作用,有可能成为早期诊断大肠癌,评价大肠癌浸润转移潜能和预后的指标.

The Expression of CD147 and Its Relation to the Biological Behavior and Prognosis of Coloractal Carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression of CD147 in coloractal carcinoma and its relation to the biological behavior and prognosis of coloractal carcinoma.Methods: Envision immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of CD147 in 50 cases of colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma(group 1),18 cases of colorectal adenoma(group 2),and 30 cases of atypical hyperplastic tissue accompanied by colorectal adenoma(group 3).Results: The positive rates of CD147 in group 1,group 2,and group 3 were 70%(35/50),5.6%(1/18),and 47%(14/30) respectively.The positive rate of CD147 in group 1 significantly differed from those in groups 2 and 3(P<0.05),and those in groups 2 and 3 differed from each other significantly(P<0.05).The positive rates of CD147 in patients with coloractal carcinoma belonging to Dukes stages C-D,invading seroral layer,and showing metastasis of lymph nodes,and with lower five-years survival rate were significantly higher than those in patients with the disease belonging to Ducks stage A-B,invading muscular layer,without metastasis of lymph nodes,and with higher five-year survival rate(P<0.05).The expression of CD147 in colorectal carcinoma was not significantly related to the age of patients or the size of colorectal carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusions: CD147 plays a key role in the development and aggression of colorectal carcinoma.It might be a valuable biological marker for early diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma and can reflecting the metastasis potency and the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
