护患关系信任度量表的信效度分析

目的探讨冈谷惠子护患关系信任度量表应用于我国住院患者的信度和效度,以确定其应用价值。方法采用护患关系信任度量表对132例住院患者进行调查,评价其信度、效度。结果护患关系信任度量表总C ronbach'sα系数为0.89,一贯性、尊重、对知识和技术的确信、安心感4个领域的C ronbach'sα系数均0.60,对未来信心的信度系数偏低(0.46)。因子分析共产生4个公因子,累积解释总变量的54.2%,对未来信心领域中的1个条目未被包括在4个公因子内。结论护患关系信任度量表基本可以反映护患关系之间不同领域功能的表现,可以作为研究护患关系的评价工具,今后可结合我国国情做进一步调整,使之更适用于中国患者。

Analysis of reliability and validity of a nurse-patient trust scale

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of Keiko Okaya nurse - patient trust scale for inpatients in our country. Methods The nurse -patient trust scale was used to investigate 132 hospitalized patients to evaluate its reliability and validity. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.89. The Cronbachg acoeffieients of the four dimensions, consistency, respect, knowledge and technology,were all above 0.60, and that of the confi- dence dimension was lower （0.46）. Factor analysis showed that there were four factors,which accounted for 54.2% of the cumulative total variables, and one item of the confidence dimension was not included in the four factors. Conclusion The nurse - patient trust scale can basically reflect the different functions of nurse - patient relationship. It can be used as the tool to evaluate the nurse - patient relationship, but it also need be revised according to the situation of our country to make it more suitable for Chinese patients.
