手术治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿45例

目的:报告45内蛛网膜囊肿(IAC),对其临床表现.诊断.手术适应证.手术方法选择和术中注意事项进行了讨论。方法:回顾性分析我院1995年5月~2003年12月收治的45例颅内蛛网膜囊肿。结果:手术45例在术后囊腔均缩小或消失,颅高压解除,症状消失。结论:ICA约占颅内占位性病变的⒈17%,最常见于外侧裂池。CT.MRI是最可靠的诊断方法。凡囊肿有颅内高压者,充分建立囊腔与周围脑池或腹腔之间的交通是手术成功的关键。

Ciinial diagnosis and surgical management of intracranial arachnoid cysts

Objective:This paper presents 45 cases of intracranial arachnoid cyst.Its clinical characteristics,diagnosis,surgical indication,choice of treatment,operative technique are discussed.Intracranial arachnoid cysts represent approximately.Methods:Forty-five patients with intracranial arachnoid cyst treated in our hospital from May 1995 to December 2003 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Forty-five patients after operation the bursa antrum all reduce or disappear,skull high-pressure unchain,symptom disappear.Conclusions:1.17percent of all intracranial space-occuping lesions.The most common location is in the sylvian fissure of middle cranial fossa.CT and MRI are the most reliable for diagnostic device.Raised intracranial pressure is the most important indication for surgical intervention,the cyst should be as much as possible of marking free communication with the peritoneal cavity or cisterns.
