| 摘 要： | 目的本研究观察了贻贝多糖(polysaccharide of Mytilus edulis,PM)对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用高脂饮食诱导大鼠高脂血症模型对PM的降血脂作用进行研究。结果大鼠喂饲高脂饲料4周后,其血液生化指标显示:总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白较基础饲料组非常显著升高(P<0.01)。同时服用PM低、中、高3个剂量组(25、50、100mg·kg-1)及阳性对照普伐他汀组(2mg·kg-1)、血脂康组(100mg·kg-1)灌胃4周后能显著降低大鼠总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白水平(P<0.01)。结论提示PM对高脂诱导的大鼠高脂血症有一定的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To assess the antihyperlipidemic effects of polysaccharide from Mytilus edulis.Methods By using the experimental hyperlipidemic rats,the antihyperlipidemic effects of PM were observed.Results PM significantly reduced the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL in blood serum of the experimental hyperlipidemic rats.Conclusion PM possessed obvious antihyperlipidemic effects in the experimental hyperlipidemic rats. |
