心脏人工机械瓣膜替换术36例报告

报告心脏人工机械瓣膜替换术36例，植入瓣膜42枚，二尖瓣替换28例，主动脉瓣替换2例；二尖瓣及主动脉瓣联合替换6例，占同期体外循环心脏直视手术的27％，手术早期死亡1例（2．7％），其余均康复出院，术后随访1－13个月，心功能得到明显改善，恢复了劳动能力，本文对手术时机的选择，手术要点及手术过程中的心肌保护进行分析。探讨，认为，心脏瓣膜病谱致瓣膜严重损坏者，及时实施心脏瓣膜替换是挽救病人生命的唯一有效方法。

A REPORT OF 36 CASES OF CARDIAC VALVE REPLACEMENT WITH MAN-MADE MECHANICAL PROTHESIS

cases (42 valves) of cardiac valve replacement with man-made mechanical prothesis were operated. of them, 28 cases were mitral valve replacement, 2 cases were aortic valve replacement, and 6 cases were mitral valve and aortic valve replacement together.The results are: only one case dies in the early period of operation, the others are recovery form the disease. after 3 months of follow-up survey, their cardiac function are improved greatly, all recover their work ability. Additionally, the choice of operation time,the key of operation, and tile protection of myocardium were allso analyzed and disscussed. From above we may conclude that cardiac valve replacement is the only way of saving the patients'live for those serious valvulopathy.
