网络教学平台在护理管理学教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨网络教学平台在护理管理学教学中的应用效果。方法根据课程特点、教学目标及学生的学习需求建立网络教学平台,并将其应用于护理学专业2010级本科生护理管理学课程中。课程结束后,采用问卷调查学生对网络教学平台的应用效果评价。结果学生积极参与网络教学平台的自主学习,94%99%的学生认为通过网络教学平台的学习,提高了自主学习的能力及解决问题的能力,加深了对课堂知识的理解和掌握。结论网络教学平台可有效辅助课堂教学,提高教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the teaching outcomes of applying internet teaching platform in the course of Nursing Management. Methods An internet teaching platform was established based on the course characteristics,teaching objectives and students' learning needs. Then,the platform was applied in the course of Nursing Management for 105 baccalaureate nursing students in Grade 2010. The teaching outcomes were evaluated by a questionnaire survey at the end of the course. Results Students actively took part in self-directed learning based on the internet teaching platform;94% to 99% students reported that the internet teaching platform improved their self-directed learning ability and problem-solving ability,facilitated them to understand and master the theoretical knowledge in classroom teaching. Conclusion The internet teaching platform can assist classroom teaching and improve the teaching outcomes in the course of Nursing Management.
