异丙托溴铵联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入在COPD急性加重期疗效观察

目的：探讨异丙托溴铵联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床效果。方法选择100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予异丙托溴铵联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗后肺功能、动脉血气指标、临床症状量表评分改变情况。结果观察组治疗后的肺功能、动脉氧分压和二氧化碳分压、临床症状评分分别与对照组治疗后的肺功能、动脉氧分压和二氧化碳分压、临床症状评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论异丙托溴铵联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入能够改善急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状和体征，疗效显著。

Clinical effect of atomization inhalation of ipratropium bromide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of ipratropium bromide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 100 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were given conventional treatment, the observation group given atomization inhalation of ipratropium bromide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride. Results The pulmonary function, arterial oxygen and carbon dioxide partial pressure, clinical symptom score in the observation after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The atomization inhalation of ipratropium bromide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with acute exacerbation of therapy, the curative effect is significant.
