脑卒中后肺炎及肺水肿护理防治措施再分析

目的：探讨急性脑卒中患者合并肺炎肺水肿的护理经验。方法作者所在医院2013年5月~2013年12月共收治脑卒中患者765例,其中并发肺部感染的患者73例,在给予常规治疗基础上,对其进行吞咽功能、饮食、吸痰、心理等全方位的护理,综合分析患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果本组急性脑梗死合并肺部感染的患者中,73例重症肺炎患者,65例好转出院,死亡2例,未好转出院6例。结论通过对脑卒中合并肺部感染的患者实施全方位的护理,可以有效提高患者的治愈率,降低复发率,从而提高患者生活质量。

Nursing of 73 patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection

Objective To discuss the nursing experience of patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection.Methods Enrolled 765 patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2013 to Dec 2013. 73 of them were accompanied with pulmonary infection and received routine treatment、the all-round nursing of physiology, dieting、phlegm、psychology,and then analyzed of treatment effect and recurrence.Results Among 73 patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection, 65 of them were cured, occupying the proportion of 89%; 6 of them were uncured and leaved hospital, occupying the proportion of 8.2%, 2 of them were death.Conclusion The all-round nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction and pulmonary infection can effectively increase the cure rate, reduce the recurrence rate and thus promote the life quality.
