摘    要:在127名护理专业本科生急危重症护理学课程中应用"读、议、练"教学模式。结果表明,该模式将传统的学生被动接受转换为主动参与,有助于提高学生的急救知识和技能,培养学生的自主学习、评判性思维、沟通能力、循证护理能力和知识的综合运用能力,并促进了教学相长。

Abstract:This paper introduced the application of "reading-discussion-practice" teaching mode in the course of Emergency and Critical Care for 127 undergraduate nursing students. This teaching mode enabled students to change the role from passive recipients to active participants,improved students' first aid knowledge and skills and was beneficial for the cultivation of students' self-directed learning,critical thinking,communication ability,evidencebased nursing and comprehensive abilities. Meanwhile,this teaching mode enhances the faculties' capacity of teaching.
