| 摘 要： | 目的:研究腰—硬联合麻术后4~6 h改变体位解除术后尿潴留与常规术后热敷膀胱区解除术后尿潴留的对比。方法:腰—硬联合麻术后4~6 h女性病人取半坐卧位;男性病人取侧卧位或站位排尿。结果:腰—硬联合麻术后4~6 h改变体位与术后热敷膀胱区对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腰—硬联合麻术后4~6 h后取舒适体位可解除术后尿潴留。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the waist hard joint hemp after 4 to 6 h change posture relieve postoperative urinary retention and conventional heat postoperative bladder region relieve postoperative urinary retention.Methods Waist hard joint hemp after 4 to 6 h female patients Take half supine position;Male urination the patient take lateral position or standing.Results Waist hard joint hemp 4 to 6 h after changing positions compared with postoperative hot compress bladder region have statistical significance（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The waist hard joint hemp after 4 to 6 h after comfortable postures can relieve postoperative urinary retention. |
