疏肝健脾汤联合黛力新治疗肠易激综合征34例

目的:观察疏肝健脾汤联合黛力新治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将68例IBS患者随机分为治疗组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),分别采用疏肝健脾汤联合黛力新及单用疏肝健脾汤治疗6周。观察两组有效率、不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.1%、73.5%(P0.05)。腹痛、腹胀、腹泻单项症状总有效率治疗组分别为100%、92%、89%,而对照组分别为87%、79%、75%(P0.05);便秘、粘液便总有效率治疗组与对照组无显著差异(P0.05)。治疗组治疗期间未发现明显不良反应。结论:疏肝健脾汤联合黛力新能快速消除和改善患者腹痛、腹胀、腹泻等症状,显著提高临床治疗效果,无明显不良反应。

Treating 34 cases of IBS with the Shugan Jianpi decoction plus deanxit

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating IBS with the Shugan Jianpi decoction plus deanxit.Methods:68 cases of patients with IBS were divided randomly into the treatment group(n=34),and control group(n=34),the treatment group was treated with the Shugan Jianpi decoction plus deanxit,and the control group was given the Shugan Jianpi decoction alone for treatment,for a course of 6 weeks.The efficacy rate and adverse effect were observed in both groups.Results:The total efficacy rates were 94.1% and 73.5% in treatment and control group,respectively(P<0.05).Single-symptom analysis showed that the efficacy rates for abdominal pain,abdominal distention and diarrhea were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(100%,92%,89% vs 87%,79%,75%;all P<0.05),while there no marked difference for constipation and mucous stool between the two groups(P>0.05).During the treatment group did not find significant adverse effects.Conclusion:Treating IBS with the Shugan Jianpi decoction plus deanxit can rapidly alleviate the symptoms of abdominal pain,abdominal distention and diarrhea,etc.So as to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the adverse effect.
